AdGuard Mini icon remains in the Dock while running and cannot be removed

Description:

The AdGuard Mini for Mac icon appears in the Dock and stays there the entire time the app is running. It cannot be removed using standard macOS methods (Options → Remove from Dock). The only way to remove the icon is to completely quit the app.

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install AdGuard Mini for Mac and launch the application.
2. Open the AdGuard Mini for Mac settings window (menu bar icon appears).
3. Observe the Dock: the AdGuard Mini icon is present.
4. Close the AdGuard Mini for Mac settings window
5. Try to remove the icon from the Dock via Options → Remove from Dock (or by dragging it out).
6. Observed result: The icon cannot be removed while the app is running. Once you quit the app (Quit), the icon disappears.

Expected Behavior

The app icon should not appear in the Dock during regular operation. The app should run quietly from the menu bar without occupying space in the Dock.

Actual Behavior

Upon launch, the AdGuard Mini icon appears in the Dock and remains there while the app is active. Attempting to remove it via standard macOS controls (Options → Remove from Dock) has no effect as long as the app is running.
