There's no way this app, as it is here, is the same one accepted by Google Play store. I think usually people would try to make the released open source version not the one with egregious security flaws and absurd permissions requests. Google Play store restricts financial apps from having the level of carte blanche permissions requested by this app. Most worrying is the almost limitless access you have to browsing data (and potentially more) because of the way data seems to be handled remotely by an unknown server. I can't say for sure that it's malicious, but it's either that or just a bizarrely bad design. Definitely not the same as the one on Google and tellingly absent from fdroid. Whatever it is, it's pretty bad.
