[Bug] Syncing issues of grids' text fields betwen standalone app to web interface

Bug Description

When creating a grid and having more than one text field syncing issues might occur on the 2nd or more added texts fields into the grid from any one of the UIs.
see example below in screenshots section.

How to Reproduce

1. Log in the identical user to the app and web UI.
2. Create a new grid
3. add several text fields into the grid
4. add contents to the added text fields (not the default one)
5. Compare between the changed or updated text fields.
6. change other field types contents (they should sync instantly)

Expected Behavior

Grid text fields should sync seamlessly.
