A lot has been learned about handling resources since the original resources.yaml schema was created. While many things have been able to be tacked on to allow for functionality there are some things that should be cleaned up. All of the resource lists exist in this repo so they will all be able to be updated in sync as each of these tasks are completed, or as a batch if multiple changes are implemented at once.
