这个问题的根本原因是 QQ Official 适配器没有实现自己的 WebSocket 重连退避逻辑，而是完全依赖底层 botpy 库的重连机制 [1]。

从日志可以看到，bot_connect() 方法在每次连接尝试时都会打印 "Websocket session starting"，但没有任何延迟或退避策略，导致在断连后进入快速重试循环。

对比其他适配器的实现：

• KOOK 适配器：使用了指数退避 wait_time = min(2**consecutive_failures, max_retry_delay) [2]
• Misskey 适配器：实现了指数退避 + 抖动，起始 1s，上限 300s [3]

而 QQ Official 适配器缺少类似机制。

此外，#7623 也报告了类似的网络故障恢复问题（DNS/连接临时故障时无重试），说明该适配器的容错能力确实需要加强 [4]。

建议修复方向：在 bot_connect() 中增加指数退避逻辑，跟踪连续失败次数并在重试间添加递增延迟，类似 KOOK 适配器的做法。
