fix: show notification without icon if it does not exist

I installed toggl-cli through nixpkgs and the `toggl goal` can't emit a notification because the icon is not downloaded.

From what I looked through the code, it searches "../assets/icon.png", which, also, I don't know if it's the best way to do it.

I think the notification should be run without the icon if the icon is not present somewhere.
