Version 7.1.7: Uploading a full bluray disk failed with the following:

GC heap initialization failed with error 0x8007000E
Failed to create CoreCLR, HRESULT: 0x8007000E
BDInfo failed with return code 137
Error in gather_prep: string indices must be integers, not 'str'
