Virtual Keyboard Focus Handling Dialog Interaction Bug

I have run into a potential issue with how the virtual keyboard interacts with dialog hosts and button focus.

Consider a situation where a view hosted as a dialog. The view contains TextBox and Button elements. With the text box focused, the virtual keyboard pops up. If the user clicks a button in this state, the button command should execute. However, this is not the case. The first click will close the virtual keyboard (since the text box loses focus), and a second click is required to perform the button command. See, the example video below:
