Billing Address "State" field not ajax loading.

When editing a users billing address, soem countries have a state dropdown, like USA/Canada, but some don't and just show an text input. the state options dont change when the country changes, so you have to save and then set state and then save again.

I tested this on the backed edit user screen and on the fronent UWP Billing Address section.

In getpaid_allowed_html(), the form element definition is missing the class attribute. When the form's HTML is sanitized with wp_kses(), the class="getpaid-address-edit-form" gets stripped, so the JavaScript selector .getpaid-address-edit-form #wpinv-country never matches, and the state field never refreshes.

Here's the fix:

The root cause is in [user-functions.php:513]

The problem: The form content is sanitized with wp_kses( ..., getpaid_allowed_html() ) before output. The getpaid_allowed_html() function defines allowed attributes for each HTML tag, but the form element was missing class (and id) from its allowed attributes list.

When wp_kses() strips the class attribute, the

becomes just . The JavaScript event listener:

...never fires because .getpaid-address-edit-form no longer exists in the DOM.

The fix: Added 'class' => true and 'id' => true to the form element in getpaid_allowed_html().
