Reduce confirmation clicks to upload data

would be nice to have a less clicks as possible to start an upload

How does the current implementation works and what is wrong about it?

2 clicks necessary to confirm upload

• Submit, Are you sure you wish to submit the data? -> confirm
• Import started, Editing will be disabled until the upload is complete. If you are uploading a large amount of data, the upload will take a while, and you will be notified by email when it is complete. Please check the data you have uploaded. -> ok

How should the (part of the) feature be implemented?

combine both messages:

• Text: “Are you sure you want to submit the data and start the import? Once the import begins, editing will be disabled until the upload is complete. Large uploads may take some time; we’ll notify you by email when it’s finished. Please review the uploaded data after completion.”

• Button; Ok or Start import
