Generating ODMAP reports with officer

I want to generate ODMAP reports in word, which is easier for future users to edit after report rendering (compared with html and pdf reports), however word comes with some limitations in the formatting options available, including table sizing and text formatting. When I have the time, I will edit the ODMAP report rendering script to use officer package functions instead of cat. Officer is designed to format word documents, but the approach to using it is very different, and doesn't require a separate markdown file.
