Naming of dutagent config items

I would replace modules with uses and args with with.

I’m not sure about using with as a replacement for args, but a synonym for sequential execution like uses would IMO fit better than using modules. Here are some examples: runs, stages, steps

I agree with @RiSKeD. While I'm open to alternative names for the "modules" field, we should stick with "args." dutclt should resemble command-line interaction and sometimes proxy to a command. I don't see any other name that would make more sense than "args."

We will leave args as is but turn options into with.
modules -> uses
options -> with
