Enable configurable terminal shells, shell args, and startup environment hydration so AI terminals launch with the configured shell on each platform.
Prefer Bash before Zsh on Unix fallback shells and avoid loading PowerShell profiles when login environment inheritance is disabled.
Introduce a Terminal settings section with shell presets, custom shell program handling, and clearer save/restart messaging for environment changes.
