When running CHIPIN I get the following error which may be a bug in the code as it's looking for a "...mat.mat.gz" file:
cannot open file '/lustre/projects/Research_Project-MRC190311/ATACSeq/youthgems_aut/bigwigs/dups_removed/chipin/neun/11290_0629FC_NEUN_230515_S44_filt.nodup.mat.mat.gz': No such file or directory
