Can't install on ARM64 running in a VM: VS 2022 Pro

I'm running Windows 11 Pro on Apple Silicon (ARM64) via Parallels. I have VS 2022 Pro installed, and browsing the Extensions, it doesn't show Clang Power Tools.

I downloaded and ran the VSIX, and the dialog I get is:

Here is the log, other than not being signed, I can't see why this wouldn't install:

Hi @tfiner,

This issue occurs because we don't currently target the ARM64 architecture. However, if you need it, we can include ARM64 support in our next release. In the meantime, I've created this binary that also targets ARM64
