Llanowar Wastes (land) generates wrong mana

: Add 1 (colorless) to your mana pool
: Add 1 {B} or 1 {G} . This land deals 1 damage to you.

ISSUES

1. The Forge UI text is calling this "Land - Mountain". When tapping the land it generates 1 {R} not colorless. I am not aware of any rulings that state this
2. When right clicking to tap. This land does not give the option to trigger the second ability

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Deploy this land from your hand
2. Try and right click to choose from two option
3. Also see what happens when you just tap it during your turn

Looks like there is some Blood Moon Effect in Play that turns it into a Mountain (with overwriting its other types)
that causes it to loose each other abilities too
