Request: Add an Open Source License

This repository currently lacks a LICENSE file, which means it defaults to "All Rights Reserved" under GitHub's Terms of Service. This prevents other open-source projects (like open-cpap-parser) from legally including it as a dependency.

Would you be open to adding an open-source license file (e.g., GPLv3, MIT, Apache) to the root of the repository? Thanks!

Thanks, the reason there's no licence on here at the moment is because there's a few bits that I don't have the IP but the source doesn't claim a copyright, which poses an issue when declaring the rights on the contents. I'll have a look through with the eye to remove the grey content. From memory it's a couple of PDF's and the images of the CPAP machines.
