Announcements

Release v1.45.0

• will get blst main and pubkey cache PRs merged asap
• includes FCR update
• will cut on Friday

FCR

• Will was notified that we released and will get the website update
• Need to test on gloas for spec and perf compliance
• need baseline servers where FCR is continuously deployed so we can see metrics across releases

Decoupled Consensus

• had meeting with Ben to discuss the research perspective

LUCID

• consensus spec PR was opened and ready for discussion

state-transition-z

EIP for moving checkpoint to slot 31 instead of 0

• first EIP written by a bot. Go @lodekeeper

EIP-8282

• mostly over the hump
• have cleanup PR up to cleanup the wording of the PR and de-slopify the EIP
• asm code all feels good and mostly merged. Felix has taken over this stuff

BeaconEngine and Zig Transition

• almost complete with state caches
• have PR open for checkpoint-state-cache
• another PR for refactoring the clock in zig
• have progress moving around the caches to get the lodestar side prepped and ready for zig beacon engine
