Announcements

BLST coordination for this week

• need to finalize refactor(pubkeys): centralize the process-wide cache lodestar-z#522
• will finish up the last couple of PRs from grapebaba
• will close out Tracking: blst-z (lodestar-z BLS + pubkey migration) — release-candidate readiness #9647 last questions
• need to get ready for final review next week
• pushed Review Party out 1 week so metrics have time to soak on the PubKeyCache work

Forward fork work for this week

• devnet-7 is mostly merged and ready to delete
• devnet-8 branch will get made this week
• submitting bids for multiple parallel chains
• non-finality is not ready yet. will work on it this week
• hardening PRs are ready for review
• need to catch deposit signature on fork transition
• follow-up on 8282 PR merges

FCR updates

• found issues in the spec when updating the spec test
• update PRs to fix whole the spec vectors were being created
