SDK version anterior to 4.6.x are not available in mavenCentral repository

Older version of TagCo SDK (<= 4.5.x) are only available in jcenter repository. But jcenter is at end of life :
https://developer.android.com/studio/build/jcenter-migration

Did you plan to upload all previous SDK version to maven central ? Only 4.6.x are available on this platform.
