New pattern for samples

Over in the ODIS use case, we're working with the Sampling Nature RCN to develop a JSON-LD/schema.org pattern for Samples.

This can be a new candidate CDIF pattern to be spliced into #1

From the WorldFAIR point of view, this would be relevant to the bridging of WP11 (Oceans) with WP13 (Cultural Heritage), and expand the archaeological and other anthropocentric records already pushed to ODIS by partners such as MEDIN in the UK:

There are multiple legal and ethical aspects to consider with this technical development, being documented by the RCN.

there's a proposed schema.org implementation of the iSamples metadata scheme, its in a branch in our metadata Github repo: https://github.com/isamplesorg/metadata/tree/schema.orgTest/notes/schemaOrg. Its based on schema:Thing, and uses properties from a variety of entities, so the validator throws some warnings, but no errors. (comment from iodepo/odis-arch#376)
