ReplyWebhookUrl not working

Hello, the replyWebhookUrl is not working. When it asked me to input the website URL I put http://XX.XXX.XXX.XXX/api/replyHandler (public IP which is a simply raspberry pi sever setup) however when I send messages and reply it does not get sent back to me. Any Idea why this is?

If I send a manual request with something like js fetch it works fine, and I can also access the website fine so I don't see why its not working
