+To ensure the sustainable growth and continued engagement of the Dapp-Learning-DAO community, we must properly incentivize the developers, writers, and community managers driving our mission. This DLIP dictates the structured rollout of the 3,500 USDC budget, breaking it down into distinct tracks (Core Development, Content Creation, and Community Support).

+## 4. Motivation
+A DAO's greatest asset is its active contributors. Recognizing their hard work publicly and financially establishes a culture of high performance and long-term alignment.

+## 5. Specification
+The total 3,500 USDC reward pool will be distributed via multi-sig execution upon Snapshot vote approval as follows:
+- **Core Developers (50% - 1750 USDC):** Distributed amongst the top 5 GitHub code contributors based on merged PRs in Dapp-Learning repositories.
+- **Content Creators (30% - 1050 USDC):** Awarded to members who wrote technical tutorials, translated resources, or created educational videos.
+- **Community Managers (20% - 700 USDC):** Rewarding Discord moderators, event organizers, and active governance participants.

+## 6. Implementation
+If passed, the DAO operations team will collect the EVM addresses of the eligible contributors via an official Discord announcement. The multi-sig signers will execute a batched transaction dispensing the USDC via a multisend smart contract.
