Dummy Boss mod doesn't work.

I have the latest version of the mod and when i try to spawn the boss bloon nothing happens... but for some unkown reason Tewty who has the exact same version of the mod... The boss bloon works.
Why and How?
No... the mod doesn't work neither if it's alone with mod helper.
Yeah it is the latest version of the mod...
