Panics with subtraction overflow in test_hdt for empty graph

FAILED test_hdt.py::test_empty_graph_hdt_round_trip - pyo3_runtime.PanicException: attempt to subtract with overflow

Test has been disabled for now.
Likely triggers issue in maplib, but unable to reproduce locally.
Looks like a race condition.
