Possible to start from NanoStringGeoMxSet object instead of files?

Hi - don't have access to the nanostring data suite but am using GeoMX tools in R.  It is possible to use the NanoStringGeoMxSet object?  It appears the counts file you create from the NanoStringGeoMxSet object is different in terms of heading than the one in the example.
