Add `resetOnFulfilled` and `resetOnRejected` options

Instead of the blanket reset option, this would allow you to reset on validation errors, but not reset on a success.

Would you accept a PR of this?

@bcardarella How would the button know that the consumer wanted to reset only on rejections and not on successes?
