How to measured total velocity (vertical or horizontal velocity) at specific location?

I would like to export the velocity time history at a specific location in my simulation domain. The location is about 5m below the water surface, and the coordinate of the monitoring point location is [100 50 -70]. This is the way I did:
MeasureTool ==> output format: CSV ==> Type to process: NONE ==> variable to export: velocity ==> List of point [100 50 -70].

However, the result of that looks so fluctuates, as the figure below. Is it the correct way to export the velocity profile? I would appreciate it if someone could confirm this or tell me the correct way to get the velocity at the measured point. @imestevez
