Thank you for contributing!
Please note that this is currently a one-person venture, so reviews and replies may take some time. Sorry for any delays, and thank you for your patience.
We use AI tools to speed up development and code review. Because of that, you may see many comments from tools such as Greptile, CodeRabbit, or similar reviewers.
You do not need to fix every AI-generated comment. Sometimes these tools miss the project context or are not aligned with the project vision. Please use your judgment, but try to review at least the comments marked as high priority - P1, critical, major etc.
You may also find helpful this short note about our technical philosophy:

Please use Conventional Commits for commit subjects and PR titles:
type(scope): short summary
Allowed types are feat, fix, perf, docs, refactor, test, build, ci, chore, and revert.
AGENTS.md holds the agent instructions that agent harnesses read; CLAUDE.md imports it for Claude Code. Make agent-instruction changes in AGENTS.md; harness-specific behavior belongs in that harness's file, such as CLAUDE.md for Claude Code.
The admin dashboard is a Svelte 5 single-page app in web/dashboard/. Vite
builds it into internal/admin/dashboard/static/dist/, which the Go binary
embeds. The build output is not committed — CI builds it in a secretless job
and feeds the result to the tests and release builds (see
ADR-0010). On a fresh clone, run
make frontend once (requires Node 22.12+ or 24+) before make test or starting the
gateway with the UI enabled; make build does this for you, and the test
targets stop with a hint if the build is missing.
Dashboard translations are welcome; see the translation guide.
When you change dashboard sources:
make frontend # npm ci + vite build (requires Node 22.12+ or 24+)
make test-dashboard # frontend unit testsCommit only the sources. Changes to web/dashboard/package-lock.json are
part of the build's trust chain and get the same review as go.sum. For
live-reload development, run the gateway on :8080 and npm run dev in
web/dashboard/ (the Vite dev server proxies /admin and /v1 API calls to
the gateway).
