Add application tests for supported software among available tests on Cirrus-ex.

• OpenFoam
• Pytorch
• Lammps
• Cp2k
• Castep

VASP is also supported but there is currently no Reframe test.

There is at least a test for all supported software working on Cirrus-ex.
Still need to check mothing is broken on Archer2.
