Get all columns from CADD

Hello,
Thank you so much for writing these plugins. They're really helpful and easy to use.

I'm using CADD plugin to annotate variants but it is hardcoded to get only specific columns. Is it possible to re-write to get all columns from input CADD file? I'm using the CADD with all annotations that can be downloaded from here.

Hi @tkmamidi,

Currently we get only get PHRED and RawScore columns from CADD input, generally, CADD has only 6-columns.

We developed a new feature to parse columns based on their absolute name #470 so you will be able to get PHRED and RawScore from any CADD input. This will be avaiable in next release 107 and you can already find on postreleasefix/107 branch.

We will discuss shortly to implement your feature request to get any extra CADD column. I will post here any update related to this.
