Background

Currently we have some deploy time environment variables or secrets that need to be stored in github secrets that cannot follow our SSM parameter approach. This task is to document the required variables that need to be set in github secrets when forking the repo. The documentation should reside in the quickstart wiki.

Proposed Approach

Identify all of the github secrets stored in the github secrets section of the repo. Create a wiki page spelling out the environment variables or secrets, what they are and why we created them. We should also identify which are required (i.e. CODE_CLIMATE_ID is not required)

Value

Provides easy to follow instructions for users who fork the repo and need to get started.
