Device used: Motorola MotoG60 / Android 12 (Hybrid app) - Windows 11 / Chrome
App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Account has at least one workspace.
Prerequisite 2: "Tags" and "Taxes" enabled.
Prerequisite 3: One tag created and one tax available apart from default.

1. Open the staging.new.expensify.com website.
2. Open any workspace chat.
3. Create a manual expense with a tag and a tax that is not default one.
4. Navigate to workspace menu and disable the just used tag and tax.
5. Return to workspace chat.
6. Open expense report.
7. Note that "Tag no longer valid" and "Tax no longer valid" errors are displayed.
8. Turn off internet connection.
9. Click on "Tag" field and select "Delete"
10. Note that after tag is deleted, "Tax no longer valid error" also disappears, despite field not being edited.
11. Turn on internet connection.
12. Note that error reappears.

Expected Result:

"Tax no longer valid" error should remain visible after an invalid tag is deleted.

Actual Result:

"Tax no longer valid" error disappears after deleting an invalid tag while offline, despite tax field not being edited. Error reappears when user is online again.
