`pyecli compile` Runs Silently Without Generating .pye Files on Windows with Python 3.10

I'm attempting to use pyconcrete 1.1.0 to obfuscate a Django project, but the pyecli compile --pye -s= command runs silently without producing .pye files. Specifically, I tested with manage.py, and running dir *.pye shows "File Not Found.". I'm running on Windows 10

My environment:

• Windows 11 Pro
• pyconcrete 1.1.0
• Testing folder structure is https://github.com/Falldog/pyconcrete/tree/master/example/django
• command: pyecli compile --pye -s manage.py, success to generate manage.pye
• command: pyecli compile --pye -s ., success to generate all related *.pye
