Reflect the URL change for `maven-badges` across all repositories

The URL for maven-badges has been changed from https://maven-badges.herokuapp.com to https://maven-badges.sml.io.

While kotlin-module has completed the migration, I believe all branches in other repositories starting from 2.21 also need to be migrated.

Additionally, for branches on 3.0 and later, it appears some badges may require migration from maven-central/com.fasterxml.jackson.xxx to maven-central/tools.jackson.xxx.

If it's just a simple description fix, I can handle it starting next week.
However, since fixes are needed on the Jackson 2 branch, and further fixes might be required after syncing those changes to the Jackson 3 branch, it would be more efficient if we could get cooperation from the maintainers of each repository.

I'm not sure https://maven-badges.sml.io picks up Sonatype Central releases. I tried it with jackson-module-scala and it found an old version from before the Sonatype Central switchover.

This is an alternative that works with Sonatype Central releases

Oh, I didn't check thoroughly enough.
I thought it might be a cache issue or something, but indeed, kotlin-module is also showing an old version (3.0.0-RC4).

So the issue with the sml.io URLs is that you need sonatype-central in the the path part and not maven-central.
