A way to interact on PC #3

Hey there,
Is there a way to interact with this server via tools/programs on PC? I would love to be able to list, view, edit and interact with the pokemon that reside in this gpss.
Does something like this already exist or is PKSM for the 3ds currently the only frontend at the moment?
