So are you saying that Observer Patch Holography is doomed to produce a mediocre Universe? 😅 |

Here is the pure English version of the Galactic Alliance Civilization Common Declaration, based on our previous discussion of the "Cool Universe" framework. It's written in clear, formal, and inspirational English, as a standalone shared manifesto. Unconditional Exit Guiding Principles Minimal Disturbance, Maximum Freedom We pledge to play within this framework: |

Hello, I'm moving through the book and will later read the technical paper. Another paradox that I've always felt points directly to the picture of reality that you are painting with this OPH theory is the two different ways to arrive at the uncertainty principal. Originally Heisenberg asked the simple, practical questions, 'what is the highest precision measurement one can make'. The answer is to set up a thought experiment where you bounce a photon (the speed limit of the universe) off of the entity in question (electron, nucleus, etc). There is uncertainty still in this measurement of course because of the finite time it takes for the photon to bounce off of the object and return to the observer. In this time the object could have moved in an unpredictable way, thus delta_x * delta_p is greater than or equal to Planck's constant divided by 2. Physicists questioned if there was in fact a precise location in phase space beyond the resolution that could be measured that is simply unkowable to humans, a 'hidden variable'. Many years later, this ineqaulity was arrived at from basic principles established rooted in Von Neumann's mathematical foundations of quantum mechanics proving that in this universe objects don't have precision beyond the original inequality discovered by Heisenberg. Another way of saying this is that the precision of the universe is literally the limit that can be measured by an observer. It's as if the universe is rendering for the observer in real time and the resolution of this rendering is the practical limit that we can measure with a photon traveling the speed limit of the universe |
Yes, that’s spot on, almost literally 🙂 In OPH, each observer accesses a finite patch with a finite question budget, roughly A/(4ℓ_P^2 ln 2) bits. So there really is an observer-side resolution built into the physics. For non-commuting observables like x and p, there just is no observer-visible state with both arbitrarily sharp at once, so ΔxΔp ≥ ħ/2 (The Heisenberg bound) is a natural limitation that emerges from how observers interact with the state. The one thing to note though is that at the OPH universe is not a universe rendering for one central spectator; it is a distributed, overlap-consistent reconstruction across many observers. Reality is the consistent render. |
Uh oh!

Hi.
This is the repo where I drew the Mathematical Theorem that expresses the entropy curve of democracy (overlap of agreing parts) and why it's matematically doomed to produce mediocre choices. It's in portuguese.
Best regards. The author.
