Shortcuts customization

Hi,

By default, the extension uses `'` to search for text links and `/` to search for text. Unfortunately, there is no way to customize it.

But it would be nice to have the **ability to customize shortcuts** for the extension by visiting `chrome://extensions/shortcuts`.
