[Bug]: Crashing after importing subscriptions

Describe the bug

When FreeTube is launched after importing subscriptions (.csv), App freezes up and refuses to load, giving an "Local API Error, TypeError: Failed to Fetch"

I have tried:
Uninstalling and reinstalling freetube
attempted to delete all local data.
let it attempt to load for 30+ mins

@TheEndofRule please open the dev tools, ctrl + shift + i and selected the console tab within it.

Now try to reproduce the issue. There should be red errors popping up in the console. Please take a screenshot of the errors. Bonus points of you screenrecord this :)

update: went into airplane mode and cleared history/subscriptions & turned off automatic refreshing, this solved the issue of crashing, but when re-imported again, same behaviour

@TheEndofRule Could you please try launching FreeTube from a terminal and passing the --enable-logging command line flag, that should print the same logs you would see in the app to the terminal.

e.g. freetube --enable-logging
