GPS became worse after 14.0.3 update

I am near the northwest part of Minnesota, close to the Canadian–U.S. border, with Mint (which uses the T-Mobile network). The GPS used to be jumpy and rarely gave the correct location. After the 14.0.3 update, the GPS now consistently shows that I am in Toronto, Canada. I tried turning off Wi-Fi and relying solely on the cellular signal, but got the same result. I have the SUPL server set as supl.google.com

A normal Pixel phone with the same mobile service gives the correct location.

I reckon you are testing this in an Android app? does the GPS work in a Linux app such as Firefox?

I tested both Firefox and GNOME Maps today. In Firefox, Google Maps could not detect my precise location. GNOME Maps also failed to determine my current location.

To make sure this wasn't caused by personal settings. I factory reset the phone, installed all available updates, and tested again. The results were the same.

Same here, can't get GPS to work. I did notice that last message shows

"getExtensionXtra: GnssXtra interface not implemented by HAL"

when I try sudo logcat | grep -iE 'gps|gnss|location'. Could this be related?
