Language dropdown value does not persist in Edit Link dialog box

We are using the Geta.Optimizely.GenericLinks plugin in our project to enhance the default Edit Link dialog box by adding a couple of additional properties. However, when we set a page to an internal page and change the language dropdown to French (Canada), the value does not persist upon publishing. Instead, it reverts to Automatic (Default), causing links in the rest of the blocks in the ContentArea to revert to English. This issue is a showstopper and requires immediate attention.

I would like to add that this codebase is .NET 6, and cannot be upgraded to .NET 8 at this time.

I could not reproduce the issue. Tested this with Optimizely.Cms 12.32.2.

I'm readding the .NET 6 support. Maybe you can try your luck upgrading (when that is out).

That is among the things I tried when reproducing the issue. What Optimizely version are you on?

We're currently on version 12.24.0. We attempted to update all the EPiServer NuGet packages and Geta GenericLinks to version 1.9.1, but this did not resolve the issue.

This is addressed in 2.0.3 that will be submitted to the Optimizely feed as soon as it is ready. Please consider closing the issue after it is resolved.
