gsutil does not work with Python 3.14 #1892

Thank you very much for this amazing project. It is a great help to my daily work.
Today my distribution, Arch Linux, received Python 3.14, which breaks gsutil.
I'd like to suggest removing the upper version limit entirely. This would allow
users to benefit from new Python versions immediately. If compatibility issues
arise, users can easily downgrade to an older Python version themselves, rather
than being blocked preemptively for everyone.
