Create curated list of resources used on development #2
Description
Based on RESOURCES, the Development team should have a list of resources that can be used to gather the required knowledge for all software projects.
The list has two parts, the Official and the Community one. Official resources are used, and recommended, by developers. Community resources are complementary material compiled and curated by the community.
It should account for all languages and technologies used within the project. Things like Elm, Elixir, Erlang, infrastructure and so on.
