[REQUEST] let user select where MSYS2 is

I don't have much space on my C drive and I already have msys2 on my E drive. It'd be nice if I could select where my msys2 folder is instead of having to use the default path.

If you're on windows 11 you can possibly symlink C:\msys64 to the msys2 folder on the E drive. I was able to use a portable msys2 install in a non default location by creating a symlink to it in the C root though the linked folder is still on the C drive, i personally haven't tried on a different one

Symlinking is the easiest solution right now
