Can it work on Arduino

I do not have a raspberry pi but arduino and rc522, so how can i make it work for arduino.

This requires you to know how to get raw packets from Arduino + RC522 combo to your pc, and the timing is the hard part, Arduino would not have the memory for this task i guess.
