haxelib version is not up to date with Heaps

You can reproduce this problem by installing heaps and domkit from haxelib.

Build error is:
_Unknown identifier : parseFloatPercent_

parseFloatPercent is present inside domkit master branch but at 0.2.0 release(which is on haxelib) is not.
