docs: warn up front that Linux launch failures are common, and that the GL env vars are per-launch Readers who hit a blank window or a crash on first launch assumed the install itself failed and reinstalled. Say at the top of the Linux page that this is common and graphics-stack related, link down to the section, and make clear the VAR=... moleditpy form applies to that launch only -- with ~/.bashrc and the .desktop Exec= line as the way to persist it. Reorder Troubleshooting Common Issues for end users; fix broken plugin-page links Task 1: move OpenGL/VTK, Qt-platform-plugin, and log-file diagnostics to a trailing Advanced/diagnostic section; lead with first-launch slowness, 3D-view crashes, plugin failures, and a new file import/export table. Task 2: replace links to Official-Plugins/Plugin-CIF-Viewer (pages that no longer exist in this wiki) with links to the moleditpy-plugins wiki, in Using-Plugins(-JP) and File-Formats-and-Import-Export(-JP).
