Describe the feature

When a Github repo is renamed, Obtainium will silently pull releases from the new name. Obtainium is following the 301 redirect and installing updates from a new source automatically.

Recently syncthing fork has been moved to a new maintainer from Catfriend1/syncthing-android to researchxxl/syncthing-android and Obtainium has installed an update from that repo without notification.

It would be nice if Obtainium detected the rename and didn't install the update automatically until the user Ok'd it.

Came here to make this issue; pleased you beat me to it.

Perhaps a further enhancement would be to not automatically update if reproducible builds was enabled and is then disabled.
