A expansion on 5Avian's primitive voice chat mod for Better Than Adventure!

- Various Talking indicators
- Movable Hud components
- Audio mixer for individual players

- Plugin API for expanding voice chat features i.e walkie-talkies, vc groups, or what ever else.
