View Connected Players Ban Button Doesn't Work

I've come across an issue where the "Ban" button seems to do absolutely nothing when pressing it. Given that I am also using various other mods. I have checked if I have SuperAdmin / Admin privs. Used both Super Admin account under /auth code, and regular Admin to confirm the issue isn't a permission problem. I've checked if the user is logged in and online.
